We want you to love your StraightLine Posture Corrector. If you're not satisfied, you may return your unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
